At Wesco hub, we aim to give customers the most easy and efficient experience when ordering our products. We will continually strive to ensure that you are getting a price competitive delivery cost as well as a short as possible wait time. Once all items have been added to the cart and you are ready to purchase your goods, the self checkout will advise you of the cost of delivery by automatically taking into account each individual item weight and size as well as your delivery location.
In order to deliver you your desired good, we require an Australian street or residential address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver orders to a PO Box. Additionally, for the time being some items will only be available to the Melbourne Metro area as we continue to grow our company. These items will be specified when you click on the individual product. Hopefully we will be able to quickly expand to ensure that you will not miss out.
Standard delivery is conducted by third party couriers who strictly deliver to the ground floor. This delivery package does not include the following:
Deluxe delivery (Only available to Melbourne Metro areas):
The “Deluxe Delivery Package” allows customers the option to have a two man delivery service that will bring the product inside the house, in a room as well as upstairs (does not include removal of rubbish). The self checkout will advise you as to whether this option is available for you. In addition, you also have the option to upgrade to the “Deluxe Delivery including Installation” package which includes assembly of your furniture as well as removal of packaging. Furthermore, this delivery service will enable you to choose a day that best suits you (Tuesday-Saturday)
Delivery for small items will be dispatched within 2-4 working days

Due to COVID-19, Australia Post are experiencing a large spike in online shopping in conjunction with delays associated with increased health and safety practices. As a result, your delivery may take a little longer to arrive than usual. We appreciate your patience in these unprecedented times.

If the delivery address is unattended or you are not available to accept the delivery, you need to contact the courier directly with the instructions that they have the authority to leave the goods unattended
Note: This will void Wesco Hub’s and the courier's liability that covers any loss, theft, or damage to your product
Tracking Your Order
You will have the ability to track your orders in most cases. However if you choose to have deluxe delivery, we will be unable to give specific delivery dates and tracking information. If a delivery date has been arranged with you in advance but you are not able to accept the delivery when the delivery team arrive, we might need to charge you a re-delivery fee. Our team contact you before the delivery is reattempted
Melbourne only Items
Due to fragility, size, and packaging, selected products (labelled as 'Melbourne Only') are only available to those in the Melbourne area. This includes all forms of delivery.
