• Our maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied is limited to the amount paid by you for that product.
• Nothing in this clause restricts your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
• Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage. Wesco Hub is not liable for failures caused by events outside human control occurring after goods leave our possession.

5. Indemnity

• Wesco Hub, its contractors, agents, and employees disclaim liability for damages arising out of or in connection with use of the website.
• You agree to indemnify Wesco Hub against any claims, losses, damages, taxes, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of your use of the website or Wesco Hub products outside manufacturer specifications.

6. Pricing & Product Information

• All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
• Errors in pricing or product information may occur. Wesco Hub reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel purchases made at incorrect prices. Customers will be notified immediately and offered the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
• Prices may change at any time. Confirmed orders are not affected by subsequent price changes.
• Prices exclude delivery charges and other fees.
• Discount codes apply only to full-priced items and cannot be combined with other offers. One code per transaction.
• Product dimensions and weights are approximate. Features, specifications, and colours may vary slightly from online images. Such variations are treated as “change of mind” returns.

7. Accounts, Ordering & Cancellation

• Customers must create an account with accurate details to place orders.
• Orders must be placed by individuals over 18 years of age with capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including orders placed.
• Orders are deemed received when Wesco Hub issues an order confirmation via email.
• Wesco Hub may accept or reject orders for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or order errors. Customers will be notified within 3 business days.
• If rejected, payments already processed will be refunded.
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are not provided for such errors unless corrected prior to dispatch.

8. Payment Terms

Payment Security

• Payments are processed via third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, etc.). Wesco Hub does not store full payment details.
• Fraud detection processes may be applied, including proof of identity checks. Orders may be cancelled if legitimacy cannot be confirmed.

Payment Holds

• If payment is placed on hold or reversed by a financial institution, processing will be suspended until resolved. Orders may be cancelled if unresolved.

Merchant Service Fees

All electronic payments include a Merchant Service Fee, which is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

9. Promotional Vouchers

• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, or prior purchases.
• Valid only for the period stated and subject to specific terms.
• Only one voucher may be used per order.
• Discounts are applied proportionally across items in multi-product orders.

10. Store Credit

• Store credit can only be redeemed on wescohub.com.au..
• It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• Store credit is not available for purchases made with finance options such as Zip Money.
• If an order using store credit is cancelled or returned, the credit will be restored to your account only.

11. Warranties

• Goods are covered by guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the failure.
• Wesco Hub provides a 12‑month warranty on products purchased from the website.
• Warranty covers repair or replacement free of charge but excludes:
  • Ex-display, natural stone, and clearance items
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Environmental damage from inappropriate placement
  • Commercial use unless specified
  • Alterations or unauthorised repairs
  • Natural variations in dimensions, colour, grain, or finish

Warranty Claims

Customers must:

• Inspect items upon delivery and report damages within 3 days
• Provide proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue
• Return products safely packaged to our Melbourne warehouse for assessment

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless covered under Australian Consumer Law.
